Your responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end user experience design solutions, based on in-depth knowledge of users and industry’s best practices.
• Define and apply design standards across the Foursource platform;
• Apply Foursource brand guidelines while creating new interface designs;
• Joint the UX team in crafting and refining Foursource platform, according to business requirements, user needs, and UX best practices;
• Create and test design prototypes to gather insights at an early stage for further product iterations;
• Work within an agile process, in close contact with product managers and engineers, to develop new features and make improvements in the platform.
• Work closely with developers while implementing new features and improvements;
• Eventually create motion graphics to focus users attention and put a smile on their face.

You come with:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your work experience with great design solutions and best practices for responsive web and native app design;
• Bring inspiring ideas and motivation to an energetic and collaborative team;
• Appreciate the entire product development process, from problem-solving through to pixel perfect design;
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools (Sketch, InVision and Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Principle);
• Good understanding of English (written and spoken);
• Good communication skills to explain user flows and design solutions to product managers, stakeholders, and engineers;
• Openness to accept and give feedback with assertiveness;
• An agile mindset to work collaboratively with small multidisciplinary teams;
• Knowledge in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus.
