Responsabilities:

• Identify application and infrastructure outages with first-line resolution or forwarding to support teams.
• Monitoring of scheduled tasks (job scheduling)
• Monitoring of application performance indicators
• Execution of procedural tasks
• Email handling and resolution
• Execution of procedural interventions

Requirements:

• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Motivation to work in IT;
• Availability to work rotating shifts (mandatory);
• IEFP available (mandatory).
