Mission

• Altran is searching for an System Engineer - OSS (W/M) for Lisbon.
  • User access management (creation, changes permissions and removal) requested from Costumer Internal Tools;
  • Configuration and implementation of Windows and Linux machines in Virtual Environments;
  • Citrix platform and applications support;
  • Creation, configuration and implementation of new apps (connectivity, machine and client configuration);
  • Support backup platforms (Avamar and Networker);
  • Monitor, ticketing and support of network incidents;
  • Communication with suppliers due to incidents resolution.

Profile

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar;
• Candidate will be interacting with clients, understanding their needs and providing technical support to clients.
