Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Applying specialised knowledge to conceptualise, design, develop, test, configure and implement new or enhanced business and technical software solutions through the application of the K2 platform development lifecycle methodologies and processes;
• Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyse, identify and resolve problems;
• Applies metrics to monitor performance and measure key project parameters;
• System development with technologies including SAP, Web services, Sharepoint, etc to integrate with the K2 platform;
• Provide training for implemented solutions;
• Provide awareness training as to the capabilities of the workflow and auxiliary systems.

We are looking for:

• University degree;
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral);
• Ability to self-manage tasks and deadlines and present solutions to a wide audience and communicate with people from all levels of the organisation;
• Ability to work out of hours, sometimes at short notice;
• Willingness to travel to Colep plants and work outside of Portugal for assignments;
• Desire to learn new skills, able to think logically and methodically to transform these skills into workable solutions;
• Ability to “think outside of the box” and understand customer needs.
