We are looking for a Junior Service Manager (m/f) to integrate a project in Insurance Services in Lisbon.

Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science;

- Experience in IT Service and incident, problem, change and request processes;

- Practical and structured understanding of ITIL Service Delivery Processes;

- Technical writing skills, to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations;

- Good knowledge of ITIL;

- Experience in ServiceNow platform;

- Experience in BigData (nice to have).
