Our client is looking for a junior service manager to join its new service team in Porto.

Description

  • Support the service and provider management department in the development and implementation of business processes
  • Support in reviewing and optimizing the support chains at internal and external service providers
  • Identification and implementation of efficiency potentials in internal processes
  • Monitoring and documentation of process operations
  • Preparation of management reports and summarys

Profile

  • A degree in business administration / business informatics or an international equivalent with initial experience through internships or working student activities
  • Or a completed commercial/technical apprenticeship with at least two years of professional experience in the field of project- or service management
  • Confidence in the handling the MS Office tools
  • Good team player with high level of integrity and willingness to get things done
  • Strong communication skills
