Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Direct service to the customer's IT;
•1st / 2nd line charges;
•Routing and internal tracking of tickets;
•Handover of customers for support (reception of the customer in support and guarantee that everything is ready for input, registration, settings, etc.);
•Interaction with partners and field technicians.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles;
•Technical knowledge in the Networking area (more focused on the routing and VoIP component);
•Basic knowledge of transmission circuits (FTTH, Dedicated Circuits, xDSL, etc.);
•Ability to balance between more technical work and more administrative processes (ticket registration, handover);
•Preferably someone with some knowledge of an operator.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Attention to detail, rigor and discipline;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Customer focus and service delivery;
•High proficiency in English Verbal and Written communication.
