Description

• Participate in every aspect of the implementation, from analyzing the customer's business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer's needs
• Understand client, user and system requirements and identify specific customization if necessary
• Analyze client's business process and recommend ways to improve or re-engineer for optimum performance
• Participate in training of customer resources to successfully use and maintain Microsoft Dynamics ERP
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Profile

• Experience in setting up or implementing ERP systems or modules
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Previous operational experience with technology in this industry or consulting capacity is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with Dynamics NAV software is a plus
• Knowledge and experience implementing POS systems is a plus
• Ability to communicate in English.
