JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a professional to join the customer's team.

Responsibilities

- Development of new features based on Java SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL - API Gateways, Logging with ElasticSearch and Java-Messaging-Frameworks (JMS), ActiveMQ - Docker, Kubernetes or Openshift, CI/CD Tools (GitLab);

- Preventive maintenance (bug fixes, code review).

Requirements

- Experience working with Spring Framework and Spring Boot;

- Experience working with Hibernate, designing and implementing large scale, production, multi-module systems and services; 

- Knowledge of Java basic concepts: GC, multithreading, locking and synchronization; 

- Familiarity with Linux based development, Postgres, MySQL;

- Experience developing REST APIs and/or intergating with them . Familiarity with build and CI frameworks;

- Maven, Jenkins . Understanding of Agile development methodology . Solid experience with unit and integration testing;

- Experience working with asynchronous messaging – JMS, Apache Kafka;

- Experience working with React . Experience working with Swing We offer.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar.

- Language: English at the B2 or higher level (of the European framework of reference for languages).

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with Java/J2EE server side development.
