We are looking for a Junior IT Talent Acquisition willing to join our cross-functional team.

In this role we’ll learn to:
Understand our business, company environment and the software development lifecycle. This includes learning about the different programming languages, frameworks and methodologies used by the company.
Identify and attract potential and relevant candidates. This includes source passive/active candidates through multiple search methods, such as, web research, web sourcing, Boolean searches, social media networking, job boards, tech community, etc)
Managing the selection/evaluation process. This includes technical and soft skills assessment.
Provide a positive experience to the candidates during the recruitment/hiring process. This includes support the candidates on every step of the journey, from the first contact, up until they come to work on their very first day.
