Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to integrate our Client internal team, based in Lisboa. The Junior IT Recruiter main responsibility is the recruitment and selection of IT profiles.

Your responsibilities include:

• Participate in requirements analysis.
• Coordinate or conduct screening activities.
• Sourcing and screening of potential candidates.
• Be familiar with industry trends, including client, market and unemployment conditions.

You must have:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology or Other Similar Area.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Technology knowledge.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• English literacy.
