Kelly IT Resources is recruiting a Junior Helpdesk Technician (M/F) to integrate a Multinational Company to Family Entertainment Sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software;
  • Responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations and associated software within the facilities;
  • Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel;
  • Verify the functionality of hardware and software components;
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person;
  • Conduct network, servers and administration operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as Helpdesk Technician;
  • Proven experience with Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Software and Hardware;
  • Experience with Active Diretory;
  • Experience with System Administration Microsoft tools;
  • Fluent in English.
