What are you going to do?
•    As part of our Worldwide DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer team, you will be responsible for making sure our Cloud and
•    On Premises platforms are highly-available, scale without bottlenecks, and offer world-class performance.
•    The team is looking for full-stack Software Engineers with a passion for optimization and reliability work. If you want to learn how to solve enterprise-scale engineering problems, like automating everything, and making systems that scale and never fail, come see us. 

What are we looking for?
We are looking for professionals with base education in Computer Engineering or related areas with minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Service Management, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Operations and DevOps.

Knowledge and experience in:
•    DevOps methodology and automatization,
•    Operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux), Virtualization (VMware, HyperV), Cloud environment (Azure, AWS) Databases (SQL Server), Networking (TCP/IP, LAN, SIP/VOIP).
•    Knowledge in log analytics (ElasticSearch, Graylog, Grafana, Kibana) and Microservices/Containers (Kubernetes, Docker) would be highly appreciated.
•    ITIL practice: Availability and continuity management, SLA management, Event monitoring and management, Problem Management, Change control and management, Continuous Improvement, Capacity management, Information Security management and Business Continuity Plans, among others.
•    Fluency in English is mandatory (minimum B2). French is a big plus.
•    ITIL certification would be appreciated.
•    Skills: experience with international teams will be valued; Ability to work in cooperation with internal partners, building and developing effective relationships.
•    Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to understand the technical implications of business decisions and requests. Ability to influence other stakeholders inside the company and to lead change management across the company.
•    Teamwork, accountability, focus on results, problem resolution capabilities, attention to details.
