Job Description

As a Junior Developer, you will develop on significant and often multiple business applications in local and international projects. You will be a confident, articulate communicator who can develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

This opportunity would best suit proactive, adaptable individuals with skills and experience in using a wide range of enterprise architecture, project management and design tools and techniques, who are keen to develop their careers in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
 

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical documentation, data models and systems integration specifications
• Development approach for the Salesforce platform
• Develop new features and enhancements
• stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the CRM software and cloud industries
• Work closely with different internal teams and other parties

Skills

• At least one year experience in CRM software and or cloud industries as a developer
• Ability to translate the requirements into successful projects
• Knowledge on Waterfall and Agile approaches and be capable on applying both
  CRM knowledge (preferably Salesforce)
• Programming languages: Java, .Net, Apex, Visualforce, JQuery
• Web technologies: JSON, Javascript, CSS, HTML
• Database: Oracle, SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL
• Continuous Integration / IDEs: Eclipse, Sublime, Maven, Ant, Jenkins, Git, etc.

Personal Skills

• Highly motivated for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate on a technical and project level
• Ability to learn new concepts, business models, and technologies

Desirable               

• We value any of the following certifications (or similar): Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Consultant (Sales, Service, Community), CSM, PMI-ACP;
• Available for travelling

Languages

• English fluent spoken and written ability
• Other multi-lingual skills are a plus.
