Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Implement and parameterize business workflow rules in CRM Dynamics 365, focusing on the use of out-of-the-box features;
•Change customizations (data model, entities, forms and views);
•Develop Functional Analysis - design solutions that meet the intended needs (requirements) and that comply with the organization's business rules;
•Monitor the business, service areas and implementation components in clarifying application rules;
•Change or build 365 integration components with key Microsoft products (e.g., Office, Exchange, Communicator, SharePoint, Lync) and other systems such as CTI systems;
•Development CRM Dynamics 365 integration using Soap and Rest.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Minimum of 1 year of experience;
•Experience with .NET and C#;
•Experience with JavaScript, IIS, HTML and CSS;
•Experience with BD Microsoft SQL Server;
•Knowledge of functional analysis techniques;
•Knowledge of data modeling is a plus.

Other Requirements:

•Fluent in English;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Customer focus and service delivery;
•EU citizenship
