Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Junior Business Manager to integrate our internal team, in the area of Outsourcing and Staffing, based in Lisboa.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the development and monitoring of the existing portfolio and maintain a fluent communication between the stakeholders;
• Perform analytical control and monitoring of the projects both within the organization and clients;
• Responsible for the qualitative and quantitative results of your area of activity.
• Manage and coordinate the implementation of projects, with the corresponding mobilization of the different stakeholders and internal business units that participate in the process.
• Prepare responses to RFQ's (including public tenders) while managing the corresponding deadlines.
• Manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.

You must have:

• +3 years of experience in the service activity preferably Outsourcing and Staffing services.
• Experience in B2C customer management, B2B2C.
• Leadership skills, to manage and motivate a dynamic and multidisciplinary team.
• Strong guidance for achievement of objectives.
• Emotional intelligence, to understand the customer's needs and manage the relationship with the internal departments, in order to optimize processes.
• Good knowledge of the Public Procurement Code (CCP).
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong analytical capacity.
• Technology knowledge.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency.
