As a Junior Business Analyst (JBA), you will contribute to the analysis effort on significant and often multiple business units in local and international projects. You will be a confident, articulate communicator who can develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

This opportunity would best suit proactive, adaptable individuals with skills and experience in using a wide range of enterprise architecture, project management and design tools and techniques, who are keen to develop their careers in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess business architecture impact (including the impact of change on existing process, organization and technology, capturing and documenting new and updated business processes)
• Assist meetings, prepare business process documentation and process flows
• Assist architecture and design solutions to business needs
• Follow-up end-to-end the delivery of the business requirements
• Work closely with different internal teams and other parties, demonstrating the ability to manage different stakeholders

Skills

• Ability to translate the requirements into successful projects
• Knowledge on Waterfall and Agile approaches and be capable of applying both
• CRM knowledge (preferably Salesforce)

• Highly motivated for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate on a technical and project level
• Ability to learn new concepts, business models, and technologies
• Autonomous, Proactive, Team player

Desirable

• We value any of the following certifications (or similar): Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Consultant (Sales, Service, Community), CSM, PMI-ACP
• Available for travelling

Languages

• English fluent spoken and written ability
• Other multi-lingual skills are a plus

Education

• University degree or above
