We are looking for a Jira Support Engineer candidate to work within our team. This person will help redesign, build and implement the tooling (JIRA, eazyBI, BigPicture, portfolio and Confluence ) and delivery framework. Standardize the structure across all projects, in order to promote alignment and agility on the way of working and on the way projects are managed.

What are we looking for?
- JIRA (including plugins) and Confluence Configuration and Administration;
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and must be proactive (self-motivated);
- Relevant experience leading or coordinating projects and initiatives, involving multiple stakeholders.

Personal Skills:
- Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients;
- Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy,
- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
- Willingness to collaborate with other players
- Strong communication skills.
