To reinforce our teams, we are recruiting an Jira Administrator.

What profile are we looking for to join our team?

• Bachelor's degree in technical areas;
• 2 years minimum of experience with hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence and others) and supporting 3rd party add-ons;
• Process-oriented mindset and experience in the enablement of enterprise processes using Jira and Confluence;
• Experience with configuring and supporting integration using development tools on Jira;
• Experience with managing reports on Jira and supported reporting applications;
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile Frameworks;
• Previous experience working in a dynamic environment;
• Effective time-management and planning skills;
• Experience in working with large-scale agile projects and teams;
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and communication, both written and spoken;
• Fluency in English.

What will be your responsibilities and main challenges?

• Have a good understanding of the business processes that are supported by Jira and Confluence;
• Be a leader on tool usage, standard methodologies, and its implementation;
• Document technical solutions that align with enterprise objectives;
• Identify and communicate gaps between current and desired end states;
• Work with users to ensure consistent performance;
• Be a trusted support and escalation point for technical issues;
• Assist with delivery management processes;
• Provide scheduled and ad-hoc demos and training of all Atlassian Tools;
• Communicate and collaborate with teams.
