Dellent is looking for an experienced JIRA administrator looking to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment. This engineer requires an expertise in developing, maintaining and supporting automation workflow in JIRA and maintaining other Atlassian products.

Job Description:

• Design custom JIRA workflow for different issue types to assist in automation of build and continuous integration workflow;
• Develop custom plugins to extend the JIRA capabilities & notification schemes;
• Perform the duties of JIRA maintenance, administration and upgrade and enhancements;
• Set up monitoring process;
• Develop user training and technical support as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive Atlassian toolset knowledge and experience;
• Significant Agile experience;
• Experience with containerisation (Docker);
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline;
• Experience with Nagios;
• Experience with Python, Shell Scripting and Java;
• Must have effective communication skills and be able to work as a member to a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
