We are looking for a Java Tech Leader to integrate a project in Lisbon.

-3+ years in a similar position (Product Owner, Product Development, Product Lead, Product Manager, etc.);

-Experience creating and maintaining a Product backlog and sorting the Product backlog items according to priority;

-Strong Tech background in Java, JavaScript and Linux;

-Ability to Inspire others & generate people's commitment;

-Ability to clearly communicate the business requirements to the Team;

-Ability to understand, explain, support change;

- Ability to anticipate and adapt to business and strategic evolution;

-Experience with Product Development tools such as:

-Backlog Management & Kanban (E.g.: Jira);

-Knowledge Management: (E.g.: MS OneNote & Confluence);

-Collaboration: (E.g.: MS Teams);

-Experience with continuous integration principles and tools;

-GIT / Maven / Jenkins / Sonar / Nexus;

-Knowledge on test principles using BDD, TDD, Cucumber, Gherkin, etc. (At least have interest to learn it);

-Experience with Cloud development, Docker and Kubernetes;

-Have a vision to leverage the cloud to enhance (value) the product on it evolution on a cloud basis;

-Autonomous, rigorous with a high personal commitment;

-Creativity & Innovation, Problem solving;

-Decision making & Active listening;

-English (Fluent);
