Axians is looking for a Java Tech Lead to manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver the solution, transform the away citizens interact with the public institutions creating a single experience and customer satisfaction.

Required Competences:

• Two or more years of experience as Team Leader;
• Team management experience (5 people minimum) and project technical coordination experience.
• Deep knowledge in enterprise application architecture design and implementation.
• Experience with recent Java Frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.);
• Experience with REST API definition and implementation;
• Competence with SQL and database design concepts;
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins or similar tools;
• Experience with event driven architecture.

Preferred Competences:

• Experience with non-relational databases and designs; distributed logic tracing and memory usage analysis techniques; Multi-threaded design techniques;
• Exposure to asynchronous processing and message-driven designs.
