Main Technical Requirements:

•Minimum of 4 years’ experience of software development of complex Java, JEE, IBM Websphere and IBM MQ;
•Experience in managing a SW development teams;
•Previous practical experience with Spring, Angular, Struts and Maven;
•Previous practical experience Shell Script, DevOps is an advantage;
•Proven experience in an Agile Scrum framework;
•Good knowledge of Agile (SCRUM) processes and methodology.

Other Requirements:

•Autonomy in the performance of functions;
•Strong analytical and communicative skills;
•Strong people management skills;
•Experience in working with distributed teams;
•EU citizenship
