We are looking for a Java + SQL Tech Lead for a project based in Lisbon.

Functions:
- Definition of the technical architecture of the information systems, conception and recommendation of technical solutions;
- Implementation of solutions and intervention/management of production incidents in the application context;
- Definition and management of the repositories of the IT system (tools, procedures, standards, vocabulary, security ...) and technical standards;
- Participation in compliance studies and control the implementation of security group policies, infrastructure, development standards;
- Analysis of the technical impacts of the new solutions and their coherence with the existing architecture;
- Assistance to IT development teams for deployments, continuous integration, configuration management and developments;

Required skills:
- Experience in complex application implementation;
- More than 7 years of professional experience with Java + SQL development environment;
- Very good knowledge in Java / J2EE technologies / webservices (API Restful);
- Very good knowledge in T-SQL (Sybase is plus);
- Application server WAS ND 8 / Liberty Core;
- Java J2E: Struts, Spring, Hibernate, SpringBoot;
- Experience in Continuous Integration & Continuous delivery (GIT, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, SonarQube);
- Linux – standard Commands and shellscript;
- Project-oriented vision with strong commitment on due dates;
- Ability to produce rich & clear technical documentation;
- Autonomous, organized and with good communication;
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeframes;
- Good work ethic and high levels of motivation;
