We are looking for Java Lead Developer to integrate a project in Lisbon.

Profile:
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum of +7 years with Java development tasks;
- Experience in Frontend/Backend (Angular or any other UI framework, JAVA >= 8);
- Experience in RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL);
- Experience with Spring/Spring Boot;
- Knowledge in Application architecture (MicroServices based archi, hexagonal,…);
- CD/CI;
- Experience working in an Agile environment and SCRUM methodologies;
- AWS or other cloud platform (valued)-

Soft Skills:
- Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness and curiosity to learn;
- Is a role model and able to inspire team members;
- Acts as a technical coach facilitating the decision and design-making process of the team;
- Has visibility and a span of influence beyond the team.
