Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems.  We have more than 130 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are you going to do?

• Support the software development for a range of applications;
• Deliver high quality solutions through innovative design aligned with good development practices;
• Gather, document, examine and manage data application requirements in an Agile and TDD environment;
• Write non-blocking code and resort to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed;
• Validate user actions on the client side and provide responsive feedback;
• Think critically about existing processes and suggest new ideas and improvements.

What are we looking for?

• Higher education in informatics engineering or similar;
• Solid experience in software development;
• Applied knowledge of the core Java technologies and supporting components, including : Core Java, Java EE, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3Knowledge of Unix scripting;
• Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Maven, JSF, JPA, etc.;
• Experience in webservices;
• Experience with Angular 2+;
• Knowledge of relation Databases (Oracle, SQL Server);
• Team player;
• Good level of English (B2).
