We are hiring a Java Engineer for an international transportation project in Oeiras.

Requirements:

- 5 years back-end Java developer to join our agile product development team;
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation (including build, deploy, run, and test processes);
- Design, build, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, maintainable, and reliable Java code;
 Experience designing and developing software using Spring Boot, Hibernate ORM, Kafka, and REST APIs;
- Knowledge of Java and JEE internals (e.g. classloading, memory management, transaction management);
- Maintaining Java-based enterprise commercial software products;
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms;
- Experience with Oracle or Postgresql database technology;
- Experience working with Kubernetes/Red Hat Open Shift;
- Experience with RedHat BRMS (Drools and JBPM);
- Fluent English language skills.
