Need to have:

• A Bachelor or Master Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar;
• At least 3 of experience in professional software development;
• Strong analytical skills with a creative and flexible approach to problem solving;
• Capacity to work effectively in a team and appetite to lead a team towards the best solutions;
• Fluency in English, written and spoken is mandatory.

And know:

• Safe handling of Java8+, Wildfly/SpringBoot and REST based API design (JSON);
• Good knowledge of the DB environment (PostgreSQL) is an advantage;
• Experience with asynchronous messaging concepts (such as Kafka), or interest in becoming a Kafka expert.
