INTEGER, a technology consulting company with over a decade of presence in the Portuguese market, is looking for a Java Cloud Engineer with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Your contribution to something big

Work in an international team responsible for a leading IoT solution in the area of heating and decentralized energy supply, improving service quality and energy efficiency;

Develop modern backend services in Java running in a Kubernetes cluster on Azure;

Specify APIs and communication mechanisms between services;

Support the DevOps team in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting;

Design for reliability, security, scalability, extensibility, performance and re-use.

What distinguishes you

•        Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar subject;

•        5+ years of experience in similar functions;

•        Proficiency in Java backend development, REST, Kubernetes, Helm;

•        Preferably competencies in Web IT security, NGINX, Terraform, Azure;

•        Good communication skills; fluent in English;

•        Team player for efficient collaborative working style;

•        Pro-active, dynamic and responsible attitude.
