Description

Dellent is looking for a Java Software Engineer (Backend) with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a telecommunications project, in Aveiro or Ilha Terceira (Azores), in a hybrid remote work regime. 

Essential Skills:
▪️ 2+ years of professional experience in software development;
▪️ Software engineering best practices;
▪️ Solid knowledge of the Java programming language;
▪️ Solid knowledge of REST APIs (creation and consumption);
▪️ Knowledge of Oracle and/or PostgreSQL database;
▪️ Familiar with Agile methodologies; 
▪️ Fluent in English, spoken and written. 

Valued:
▪️ Experience with Quarkus and Kafka;
▪️ Experience in CI/CD environment (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, network);
▪️ Experience deploying in public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle).
