This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for an ITX (IBM Transformation Extender) Consultant to work in project in Porto.

What are we looking for?

- A strong understanding of EDI programming practices, standards and conventions;
- 8+ years or greater working with IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender (‘WTX’) and/or IBM Transformation Extender (‘ITX’);
- Experience on mapping from various file formats E.g. XML, CSV, Flat File/Positional, Delimited;
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL;
- Strong facilitation skills to engage subject matter experts to define platform requirements and conduct detailed design reviews with project teams;
- Use of adapters (e.g. file, MQ, Databases, SOAP);
- A strong understanding of development life cycle is valued;
- Previous experience in banking is a plus;

- Fluent in English.
