We are looking for an ITSM Junior Consultant (m/f) to integrate a project in Lisbon.
 

Profile

- Degree in a relevant area, such as Computer Science, Management, Information System;

- First significative experience in IT Service Desk, handling and dispatching incidents and requests related to a business information system;

- Hands-on experience of IT Service Management Tool (such as ServiceNow);

- Experience with SAP ERP, either in project or maintenance activities;

- Interest in Scheduling of IS solutions in general (such as IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler);

- Knowledge of ITIL Framework;

- Fluent in English and French.
