Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for an ITIL Expert to integrate our Client internal team, based in Lisboa. The ITIL Expert responsibilities include Support for IT Service Catalog Preparation and ITSM Tool Support Processes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Survey and Restructuring of the Services catalog.
• Survey and documentation of support processes.
• Consolidation of IT service catalogs with a view to their normalization for ITSM tool implementation.
• Survey of monitoring alerts and productivity reports needed by the Councils and IT Departments.
• Identification and evaluation of risks in the current procedures.

You must have:

• Degree in Computer Engineering.
• +3 years of experience in Service Management.
• ITIL Certification.
• ISO/IEC 20001 Auditor Certification.
• Experience in configuring the ITSM Easyvista tool.
• Experience in Process Design and Implementation.
