requisitos/requirements
5+ years previous support experience in IT industry
3+ years teaching experience in a training, pre-sales, and/or learning & development role:
Experience teaching soft skills (methodology) in a workshop setting (deliver concepts, promote behavior change, highly interactive teaching environment, role-play practical activities, provide effective one-on-one and group coaching)
Skillfully directs learner attention with words, actions and effective sequencing of logic
Superior classroom, question and ‘rabbit hole’ management skills
Expert time management to keep the delivery on schedule
Resourceful problem-solver when problems arise while teaching
Excitement about traveling 25%+ to facilitate training sessions
