In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for an IT Tech Support to work on a project in Porto.

Requirements:

- Degree in engineering:
-More than 3 years of experience;
-Operational Accounting knowledge;
- Knowledge of Excel, MS Office and Access;
- Knowledge of Jira and/or Snow;
- Is nice to have knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL and Software package support;
-Analytical and Accounting skills
- Fluent in English and French Languages.


Responsibilities:

-Monitoring production and updating;
- Morning meeting moderation with department responsible;
- FMDC sheets production, qualification and assignment;
- Incidents assignment in Service Now and follow-up;
- SLA monitoring;
- Generic Mailbox management;
- Collaborative tools support;
- TOR requests management;
- Access rights management
