Randstad Professionals is recruiting for a non-profit organization, that use scalable mobile technologies to deliver life-improving resources to underserved communities. Currently they want to reinforce its structure with a IT Team Manager (m/f).

This role includes the following tasks:

- Responsible for building and leading a multi-disciplinary software development team, with specific focus on hiring, onboarding, career planning, personal development, training, culture and performance evaluations;
- Work closely with Senior Management to establish company objectives and draft a success plan to reach them;
- Manage an overall plan of the resource assignments and workloads of the different teams;
- Maintain a watching brief on relevant emerging trends, processes, tools, practices to ensure the team remains up-to-date and relevant.

requisitos/requirements
The main requirements are the following:

- Degree in IT or similar area;
- Experience in managing teams, projects, and/or programs;
- Experienced in the process of product/software development, with solid understanding of all different phases, from inception through to implementation and continuous improvement;
- Capable to act as an evangelist for the use of new tools, methodologies and development processes within the team;
- Able to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously, respond to work with urgency and understand and meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum;
- Fluency in English.
