• be the owner of a differentiating Recruitment Processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• partner with hiring managers to identify key needs and requirements
• application screenings and interviews
• create and maintain a Talent Pipeline
• keep candidates and all relevant stakeholders informed throughout the selective process
• give inputs and ideas to the team

For that, you must:

• be people-driven
• have experience recruiting IT profiles
• have experience with ATS (do you want to know what is ours?)
• face obstacles with assertiveness and resilience
• develop your emotional intelligence
• orientation towards objectives and results
• ability to communicate in English
