KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Driving technology vision and architecture and helping to scale product and services development, making sure that the organization’s technology fully serves its business strategy
• Mentoring, motivating and inspiring the team
• Promoting and coordinating technical knowledge, creating an environment where innovators can successfully achieve professional career path goals
• Defining and implementing development standards according to up-to-date coding methodologies and best practices
• Keeping track of the latest technology trends to implement the relevant ones in company software products
• Ensure database teams maintain up-to-date documentation of all procedures, infrastructure diagrams, system configuration and baseline standards, implementation plans, system back out plans, system recovery plans, maintenance plans, system upgrades, and all system changes.

IT Systems Support Manager Requirements (skills and experience):

• Degree in the relevant IT field
• Relevant experience in managing ERP NAVISION solutions
• Strong expertise in programming, software architecture design and cloud-based infrastructure
• Relevant experience with agile practices to manage team work
• Strategic mindset and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop the team,
• Capable of handling personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual.
