We have a challenge for you – IT Support – Hybrid Model – Aalsmeer, Netherlands

What we are looking for:
- Higher degree or similar in the field of computer science;
- At least 2 years of experience in IT technical support;
- Experience with ticket management, preferably using Jira;
- Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Chrome OS), office software (MS Office, Google Suite), and hardware of IT systems and peripherals;
- Experience in the installation and configuration of computer equipment;
- Experience in infrastructure and network management;
- Fluent English (oral and written) - mandatory.
