Description

Role: Working closely with IT Manager; Provide helpdesk support; Install and hardware configuration; Management and resolution of incidents and requests; User management.

 

Profile:   

  • Fundamental knowledge of Security principles, techniques, and technologies;  
  • Fundamental knowledge of networks, protocols, services, Windows;  
  • Ability to solve problems; 
  • Being an organized and responsible person;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;  
  • Eligible for Professional Internship IEFP, level 4 or 5
