Role: Working closely with IT Manager; Provide helpdesk support; Install and hardware configuration; Management and resolution of incidents and requests; User management.
Profile:
- Fundamental knowledge of Security principles, techniques, and technologies;
- Fundamental knowledge of networks, protocols, services, Windows;
- Ability to solve problems;
- Being an organized and responsible person;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Eligible for Professional Internship IEFP, level 4 or 5
