requisitos/requirements
Requirements:
- Academic degree in Information Technologies or similar;
- Knowledge in routing e switching;
- Troubleshooting experience for MS products;
- Knowledge of Server and Telecommunication Hardware;
- Strong customer and service orientation;
- Ability to work independently;
- Availability to work on shifts;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
