We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician:
Role responsibilities
Provide end-user software & hardware support
Responsible for maintenance of ticketing and working tools
Provide smart-hands support for networks - 2yrs
Local network Setup and support
Perform IT asset (de)provisioning and maintain an accurate asset inventory
Support end users traveling or remotely accessing services including shipping replacement devices or leveraging 3rd party hardware repair
Troubleshoot issues involving business applications
Support may be provided remotely via remote administration tools
Coordinating service providers
Manage Google Users, Groups, Apps and Services
Printer configuration and maintenance
Linux server management
Candidate Requirements
To join us at LovelyStay you need to cover most of the following requirements:
Excellent communication skills towards global technical audiences
Good Portuguese (native or proficient) and English skills (oral and written)
Have up to 2 years experience in IT support/helpdesk positions
Be client-oriented
Enjoy tinkering with computers and programs
You’re not afraid of going to the bottom of the issue
You’re able to prioritize tasks and multi-tasking
Experience working with Linux and Windows
Problem-solving and research skills. Ability to analyze situations, anticipating, identifying, and defining problems, seeking root causes
IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification (nice-to-have)
The work is 90% 9 to 5 but you are expected to provide extended support when needed.
