IT Support Technician @ Ebankit - Omnichannel Innovation

Description

Role: Working closely with Information Security Manager; Recognise problems within systems by identifying uncharacteristic activity; Responsibilities in support Information security and implement improvements where needed to enhance systems security; Implement IT policy to the best practice guides of the company; Provide helpdesk support; Install and configuration hardware.

Profile:  

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar; 

·       2+ years’ experience in a similar role; 

·       Good understanding of Security principles, techniques, and technologies; 

·       Fundamental knowledge of networks, protocols, services, Windows; 

·       Experience in Service Desk position;

·       Ability to solve problems;

·       Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
