We are looking for a IT Support Technician that will be working on a Billing system’s maintenance team that is focused in analyzing and resolving issues– reported by the operations team and help COPS teams to identify project gaps - both technical and functional. So, are you the one?

What are we looking for?
- +1 years work experience;
- Comfortable with shell scripting;
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

Nice to have:
- Experience in SQL, PL/SQL and shell scripting;
- Experience in billing systems;
- Knowledge of .Net, Java and C++.
