We are looking for a IT Support Technician that will be working on a Billing system’s maintenance team that is focused in analyzing and resolving issues– reported by the operations team and help COPS teams to identify project gaps - both technical and functional. So, are you the one?

Responsabilities:

• Bug Fixing on current systems / features;
• Detecting and implementing Improvements over existing Billing landscape;
• Help business analyze complex and/or multidisciplinary issues regarding Billing systems

Experience and skills:

• PL/SQL;
• Shell scripting;
• Java;
• Fluent in english;
• Results-driven mindset.
