Who we are 

SWORD Health is on a mission to relieve the millions of people suffering from musculoskeletal disorders. We go around the world pairing our Al-driven Digital Therapist with our clinical team to deliver best practice care to those with chronic back and joint pain. We recently raised a $8M series A led by Silicon Valley heavyweight Khosla Ventures, and have our teams spread between Porto and New York. We are bold enough to think we can change the world, but we know we need to have stellar people with us in order to make that happen. This is why we need you.

To do what

• • Manage internal network (wifi and equipment);
  • Prepare workstations according to company specifications (Windows, Mac, and Linux);
  • Manage GSuite platform;
  • Follow up on outstanding IT-related requests and ensure resolution within established SLA;
  • Manage and monitor internal assets;
  • Other everyday IT Support duties.

Our ideal candidate has

• • Training in the area of Information Technology (minimum 12th grade);
  • Minimum 1-year work experience in computer technical support functions;
  • Good technical knowledge in the areas of hardware, operating systems (Windows, Mac, and Linux) and Networks TCP / IP;
  • Excellent communication skills (EN, PT) and taste for contact with the end-user;
  • Knowledge on GSuite platform;
  • Good interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork;
  • Good analytical ability, organization, and planning.
