  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and network concepts (servers, networking, services).

  • Experience with Linux system administration.

  • Reliable and consistent performance with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to handle multiple issues at once, remaining calm under high pressure situations.

  • Ability to clearly document and communicate technical issues.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Capacity to work under stress.

  • Experience with AWS highly desired.

  • Experience with Virtualization is a add value too.

 

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Provide proactive monitoring of cloud systems and services.

  • Monitor system health indicators and elements.

  • Provide tracking, triage and troubleshooting of Tier 1 issues and incidents, engaging technical escalation as needed.

  • Assist in the provisioning of systems and users.

  • Respond to support tickets, including customer-related issues using TEAMSUPPORT platform.

  • Coordinating incidents and documenting actions taken during incident resolution.

  • Ordinary maintenance as required
