Understanding of IT infrastructure and network concepts (servers, networking, services).
Experience with Linux system administration.
Reliable and consistent performance with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle multiple issues at once, remaining calm under high pressure situations.
Ability to clearly document and communicate technical issues.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Capacity to work under stress.
Experience with AWS highly desired.
Experience with Virtualization is a add value too.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Provide proactive monitoring of cloud systems and services.
Monitor system health indicators and elements.
Provide tracking, triage and troubleshooting of Tier 1 issues and incidents, engaging technical escalation as needed.
Assist in the provisioning of systems and users.
Respond to support tickets, including customer-related issues using TEAMSUPPORT platform.
Coordinating incidents and documenting actions taken during incident resolution.
Ordinary maintenance as required
