Check what we're looking for and if are you the one?
• Technical or academic training in relevant areas;
• Knowledge of the IT Support environment: application or production support;
• Strong experience with Windows and Linux-based infrastructures;
• Knowledge and experience with databases (eg Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server);
• Ability to perform technical analysis, identify impacts and diagnose and resolve technical and advanced IT issues;
• Work by ticket and incident procedures;
• Resolving incidents, monitoring production environments and checking’s validation;
• Ability to troubleshoot and to create or maintain powershell scripts;
• Experience with a scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Bash or others (is a plus);
• Comfortable with ITIL norm/ practices (is a plus);
• Programming or scripting skills (is a plus);
• Be able for teamwork and Strong sense of responsibility;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• English speaking.
