Randstad Professionals is looking for an IT Support (m/f) to the world's leading manufacturer of optical and digital precision technology. The client provides innovative solutions for medical systems, digital cameras and cutting-edge scientific solutions.

This role includes the following tasks:
Processing of standard IT orders (hardware, software, authorization, user account requests
etc.);
Administration of IT assets including data acquisition and maintenance, exchange of leasing
equipment;
Order processing for purchased and leased equipment, invoice control and approval;
Management of loaned equipment and IT stock;
IT contact person (not first level support);
Support for IT questions/topics in projects;
Support of the company's own IT infrastructure and network;
Support in the introduction of new software solutions;
Training, consulting and support of users.

requisitos/requirements
The main requirements are the following:
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification;
General IT skills (IT networks, Windows server and client operating systems, data backup
solutions);
Very good technical understanding of hardware, operating systems, standard software
products such as MS Office;
Knowledge of virtual server environments (VMware) and Linux is advantageous;
Very good English skills in written and spoken way.
